Comments:
I plan on staying consistent with running again. I'm back home and ran 7.5 on the treadmill. I started out at 6:50 pace and progress throughout. I also increased the incline. The last mile was above 2.0 incline grade and to make it difficult I ran the last quarter very fast with a 7.0 incline. It hurt, but overall I felt great on this run. Also, I got shocked over 100 times from the treadmill.
