Hills and "tempo" in Orlando

Comments:
Warmed up outside. Hot. Felt awesome. Then went inside and did 5 hills on the treadmill. Then came outside again and ran threshold pace on the trail near the pool, which only ended up being like 6 minutes. (First workout in weeks.) Fun.
