Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a down and back warmup along MacArthur towards DC, then did 6x Wissioming hill (my street). I measured on Map My Run and the hill is about .12 miles, and is about the same incline as the second half of Fort Reno. I would run from the same spot at the bottom of the hill, stopping at its crest by our driveway. Felt pretty good, but definitely very tired at the end even though it wasn't that long of a workout. Good to be doing some faster stuff because I haven't since the last meet about two weeks ago. I think I'll take tomorrow off since I'm traveling to New York.
