Longish run

Comments:
Looking for 11 miles over the weekend.
We are 2 weeks out , so do not need anything longer, but am looking for this one to be pretty intense.

I'd like us to really push the first 5 miles with as much running as possible. Maybe .5 mile run/ .1 mile walk.

Mile 6 you can back down to .25 mile run/.1 walk

And then I want the last 5 miles to be your choice and doing what you can to get sone fast miles in. You are at a point in your fitness where you know how your body is feeling and if you can push or really need to back down . Ultimately this is a run where we want to get as much race pace stuff in as possible without overdoing it!
