Mile repeats

Hopefully Monday or Tuesday or wed. The latest.

Would like to get some faster mile repeats in.

After a .5 mile warm up
Run 1 mile fast (maybe anywhere close to 8:10ish ish to start)
Complete Rest 2 and a half minutes..
Do 3 more repeats really trying to hit some quality sub 8's if weather and terrain and your body permits.

8:00, 7:57, 7:53.....went faster than I thought. 4th mile would have been bad pace.

I know this is a little long for mid week workout but even if you can just fit 3 in, this will serve you well for upcoming race.
