Wave run

6 mike "wave" workout...
Want every other mile to alternate between moderate and hard pace. This should be a pretty hard effort if possible, as it's one of the last hard efforts b4 next week.

So after a bit of warm up if you choose,
Run the first mile at maybe 8:45ish to 9 pace and really try to push the 2nd mile to tempo pace. It can't be too fast bc the idea is to keep the 3rd and 5th miles at a sustained effort close to 9 pace.
So mikes, 2,4 and 6 are at tempo pace and are the more intense efforts..
Would love if you could give me splits!!!
