Comments:
***ughhh....top of foot started hurting around mile 4.5. wasn't terrible but topped to relace 3-4 times then switched to intervals to finish. I ran the last 3 days in the newtons so am switching back to asics til i'm healed. Thinking I might just race and do speed work in newtons.
Probably 8 miles but we will have to see how everything is feeling and with race coming up , can't be too hard
