Comments:
no good... I haven't run since last Monday, but did get in a few 25-mile bike rides without any pain in the achilles... I was even jumping around and doing short 20-meter jogs yesterday with zero pain or any symptoms... was running 7:00 pace on the treadmill, but the pain started from nothing and started coming on really strong at about 2.5 miles, so I stopped... I tried stretching and massaging, and got back on the treadmill and ran another half mile, but it was obvious that I wasn't getting anywhere... it looks like I'm going to have quite awhile off (4-6 weeks?), and my cross country season is effectively over
