Comments:
*first run in new asics...feet felt good. had definite pace changes. Felt slow though. I did 4 strides but the 4th one didn't save
4.5 miles...

Run 1.5 easy pace
Pick up middle 2 miles to tempo if things feeling ok
Finish 1 mile easy

Also:....
Would love if you could add some very short but quick 15 sec. strides at end of run.

Do about 4 or 5 and take full recovery in between!
