Biked while watching the beginning of the Giants-Packers playoff game, which has been very exciting so far. Big Blue has sacked Rogers 4 times already and are shutting them out! But enough football... I biked because of the pain I've been feeling in the back of my knee along the tendon, doing it with little resistance so I don't aggravate my knee more. It usually hurts when I walk normally, but after substantial rolling and icing on my day off yesterday, today it felt pretty good, and still doesn't hurt even after biking, just a little sore. I'll roll and ice again now, and will continue to be cautious with it this week. Doesn't seem like it's going to be a big issue going forward if I keep taking good care of it. Did crunch progression with push-ups and a set of IYT's before biking. Go Giants!
