Workout on the indoor track. Warmed up outside. Did 5 minutes inside. 12x400. Recovery was jogging 80 meters and then giving myself 60 seconds rest after. Good workout. Splits were approximately 72, 69, 70, 68, and then 68-69 after that. Big C cooldown
