Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Is always on when I'm in the gym... I went skiing today and got back at 5 so I had to go indoors. I did a 15 min tempo in the middle. The treadmill kept me at the same pace (7:47) the whole time, which was good because I would have slowed down if I was doing real running. I didn't ski much but I definitely felt tired from it.
