Decided to enter in to an open meet in Boston this weekend and race the mile with some other track club friends. I have no expectation of running fast but it'll be fun to do. Did a little
Workout today on the track because there's no snow. It was 8x200 at mile w/ 200 recovery. Aimed for 45 to start but ended up as 45 44 43 44 43 42 42 42. Mosttly just had fun talking to and running wth Katie. It was hailing really hard and pretty cold but I still had a good time.
