Ok so it's been awhile since you did a 10k but depending on weather and course difficulty, I think it would be wise to go out AROUND 7:15ish, 7:20ish for the first couple miles
Your first few mikes of the Ocala half were in the low to mid 7's and you were able to finish strong so I think by going out in low to mid 7's that will put you in a place to either maintain or speed up.
At 5k, kind of assess how you are feeling and take some chances on miles 4 and 5. I think if you really push miles 4 and 5, you still have the endurance base to get in what you can for that last 1.2miles.
This should be a fun one. A 10k is not too long but not too short. If you stay as comfortable as possible that first 5k, you'll be able to string together a great overall result !
