I really wish that I could've done the workout today; it sounded like something I'd like. Hopefully I'll start again after another week. I'm actually kinda scared for my first run because if I feel anything then I'll have to stop again and maybe get an X-ray.
I was planning on biking for 45 minutes today, but then about 40 minutes in, I suddenly thought "I CAME HERE TO BIKE AND THAT'S WHAT I'M GONNA DO"
So I biked for an hour
