Long run or easy 3

Comments:
***cut the run short. Had a lot of sinus pain/headache all weekend and chest has been tight. Hoping I don't get sick

So depending on when you want to do the long run, either today or tommoro
I am looking for 8 miles but would be really great if you could shoot for an overall pace that is close to 11:15 or low 11's.
If all the stars align, this is very possible for you right now;)
