Comments:
Looking for 8 to 9 miles at easy pace
But would really like you consciously push the last .25 of each mile.
Nothing crazy, but if for example you are running 9 pace, maybe push the last quarter mile of each mile to maybe 8:15 or 8:30.
Looking for slight change of pace to get you breathing hard, but certainly not all out!!!
