It was nice to go to a meet to break up the week--Mile was meh. It's kind of disappointing to run 17 seconds off my spring PR, because I feel like I've been training a lot harder than I did last spring. The race was kind of a blur but when people passed me, I don't think I had the energy to go with them. During the race I thought I was going as hard as I could, but after I realized I could have pushed the middle laps a LOT more. Splits were

:49 (tried to settle in the pace, still feeling good)
:53 (this is where I started to have problem)
:56 // 3:24 (I'm not sure what happened on this lap)
:56 (by this point I was feeling tired and uncomfortable)

:55 (2 girls passed me at this point, probably should have started my kick earlier)

400 was good, Maybe could have used arms a little more, but generally satisfied.
