Comments:
it was hailing/freezing raining and I was going to be alone so I wimped out and did a little workout on the treadmill. I listened to some podcasts and it went by relatively quickly. I did 2 miles warm up, 2 tempo (approx 7:30 pace) and 2 miles cooldown. I didn't think I would be able to push myself to run a tempo pace by myself up hills in this weather so the treadmill kept me on pace.
