Comments:
Really fun day at practice. Tiny group and ended up doing the workout (4x8) at a slightly faster than tempo pace for the first two, and an ideal 2 mile pace for the last two. Ran mostly with Anthony and Abigail. Good to have someone who is roughly my speed to run with. I am running out of options on that front. Shins hurt starting on pickup 2. The .29 miles is the total cool down length
