Today I did a 14 minute warmup, 1x600, 3x400, 6x200, 1x400 speed, and a 13 minute cool down. The recovery time was equal to the interval distance. The workout felt great, I wasn't too tired afterwards. Lucas did a fast 400, so I decided to do one as well and ran very well. One of my fastest 400s actually lol.
