Comments:
had a really rough "long" run today with a big group consisting of Adrienne, Hannah, Emma, and T. I just felt so bad the whole time and it wasn't even a long run really. still got to 39 miles on the week but today was definitely a struggle to get there. my shins have been bothering me for about a week now, including sometimes when I'm not running and I'm just feeling generally tired and worn out, so I'm going to back off and run a lot less next week to give myself a break and not get myself injured.
