Comments:
Running to the park i felt like crap, my legs were stiff and soar. But once i got going during the work out, my legs felt a lot better than they had during yesterdays run and todays run to the park. My favorite part of the practice was walking back with dylan and sora, you guys always make me laugh :D oh yea but my calves are still really tight and soar, and i dont know why so its bugging me.
