Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1600: first half felt really good (800 split was 3:11) and was right behind a pack but lost contact after (lost a little focus as well). Satisfied with my kick though.
1000: the first 3 laps I was right behind a girl who gained some distance and I felt fine, hurting a little (800 split was 3:08) but then 3 girls passed me on the last lap :(. I also don't think I was as focused as I could be on the 4th lap but it was a fun race at an interesting distance.
Everyone at the meet looked great!
