Despite feeling awful while warming up, I managed to run a huge indoor mile PR. I went out normally at about 68 and kept on increasing speed. I eventually moved passed BJ around 1200 meters and took 3rd. I had a rougher last 400 meters, but I still finished with a great time. Next time I just need to work on my closing speed. I threw up after the mile and felt dead, since I've had a sinus infection all week, but overall I am so happy with this performance.

And in the 800m, I was gased and basically dicked it lol. Oh well.
