Comments:
Solo 13 miles from the house. Did the National Guard loop and added on in Winooski. Felt tired. Probably from the lack of sleep I received two nights ago (and the reason I took yesterday off). Pace was quick at first but after stopping to stretch, I felt tired going 6:40 pace. Ran 7 flats for the rest of the run. Stretched, iced, and used the heat after
