Ok, this is weird but coach had me FINISH long run this day...so it technically should be 12.5 miles today and 3 miles + aqua jog tomorrow, but just to keep mileage counting even I'm splitting the two

Also: 2:19 for 800, pretty sick today, did not feel good at all
