Comments:
I did a workout out at ELHS. It was 15 minute warmup, 600, 600 jog, 500, 500 jog, 400 faster, 400 jog, 3x300 fast with 300 jog rest, and about a 12 min cool down. I struggled to hit the right splits, because it was windy and my legs finally started feel sore after 3 solid days of running. I'll definitely recover tomorrow, but I'd still consider it successful. The weather was mostly nice and i was shirtless, so nooo complaints.
