Cross Country Practice

Weather: Very Windy

Comments:
We ran a 800m warm-up. After that we fartleked three field with interspersed indian runs. Jimmy left back because he had given blood and then Tom stopped soon after that so we reduced toi a two man indian sprint. In between the fields we rested about two minutes. At the end I got the guys to run a mile cooldown by running it. This was becuase the didn't want me to sneak in miles on them.
