Workout in the morning. Warmed up outside plus 5 minutes. Tempo on the treadmill at MP. Started off at 5:30 and worked down to 5:21 pace. 6 miles in 32:50. Solid effort. Definitely tired towards the end. 1.5 mile cooldown.
