This can be done Monday or Tuesday...
Really need to start picking up the miealge for iron girl..
Looking for 5 miles ....
And since we didn't get speed last week,
I'd like the pattern until you hit 5 miles to be:
3 min easy jog
2 min faster run
1 min walk
So it's a repeating 6 min. Cycle all the way to 5;)
