Mile repeats..

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up 1 mile easy

Looking for 3 X1 mile very moderate in nature...
I don't want it to be too hard bc I'd like you to jog .25 miles in between so no complete rest..

Let's keep in mind you haven't done anaerobic stuff in awhile, so ease into them and please give me splits if possible..

This is just a day to see where the speed is at ;)
