Easy run with hill pick ups

Comments:
Would like you to run 6 miles easy over hills but if you could fit in a 30 to 45 sec. surge once for each mile that would be great.
Just something to get the heart rate up but that shouldn't be too taxing as it's only one each mile depending on when you are starting a hill
