A Late Date With The Track

Comments:
I ran a late night workout on the New Buffalo Track. I did a 1 mile warmup initially (then talked to Lucas over text, almost waiting to do the workout tomorrow, but then continued), another 15 min warmup, 2x400 at mile pace, 3x600 at mile pace, and 2x300 at 800m pace. It was really windy, so it was tough but this was definitely one of the best workout I've done all year. Especially on the 600s I did fantastic, when I normally die in 1:46 or 1:47. Overall I was satisfied with how i did and hit all the splits this time.
