Exercise Type: Run

Still beyond sore- won't run for a few days still. It's strange 1) waking up at 7 and 2) not running right when I wake up. Still thinking about Saturday and the overwhelming joy I have for this sport.
Thinking forward-I'm not sure where to set sights right now. I'm technically signed up for the cherry blossom 10 miler, but I don't think it would be wise to try to race it all out since I have to recover from this. I'll still run it, just not race. But now comes the question-what to train for? Or to not train for anything? More rambling to come
