I am looking for a total of 3 to 3.5 miles as follows:

Run 8 min without walking(maybe somewhere in 12's )
2:00 walk
Run 6 min
90 sec. walk
Run 4 min
1 min walk
Run 2 min
1 min walk

Finish the rest of the 5k with a 2 min run / 1 min walk

Paces do not have to be crazy fast but I am looking for them to be pretty steady and a bit faster than your regular easy pace.
