Comments:
Today, we ran on River Trail for 5 miles together and I did a mile warmup and cooldown from Gunson. We started off at a nice 7:30 pace, but we slowly picked up and dropped a 6:20 by mistake at the end! Damn you JOE HEGGER! I'm so bad at telling pace lol. My legs were also sore from yesterday so that's an L. I also cooled down but stopped at SnyPhi because my legs were dead. Overall probably should've stayed at a slower pace.
