Foot bridge extended

Comments:
Foot bridge by myself went in Cayuga heights then around the high school afterwards. Then we did a team strength circuit. Our group got 3rd. Lately since I've been making up gym classes I've been biking about 12-13 miles every other day in the morning and lifting every other day in the morning focusing mostly on hips.
