Comments:
Ran the warmup with everyone then I went to the weightroom where I stretched and then biked for ~15 minutes. I'm probably going to end up doing discus or shotput at the practice meet, but I kinda want to run the 200m too (like I did my freshman year #throwbacktuesday).
