Easy with hill pickups..

Comments:
*wasn't feeling great this morning (sinus congestion and headache) so I never really settled into a good rhythm but i did get like 5-6 hill bursts
5 miles easy with 4x20 sec. very short hill bursts within run...
Really they can be done whenever but are important so don't skip out;)

Just anytime, you cross a hill, use it as an opportunity to sprint fast up for 20 to 30 sec. max...
