Warm up 1 mile easy

Mile repeats with 2 to 3 min rest in between

I think a good goal would be to hit the first one around 7 and then see what you can do from there.

A total of 3 mile repeats at a fast clip would be ideal

-- 1.5 mile 7:40 pace
-- 1 mile 7:35 pace
-- 0.5 mile 7:00 pace (3:21-6:42 pace)
-- 0.25 mile (you ran a 1:34- 6:16 pace)

did all of these with Holly..so if she emails you times..hers should be more accurate.
