This can be done Monday or Tuesday...
But would love this to be 4 miles with every other mile fast at tempo.
So I would start around 8:15 and then increase effort second mile to that tempo lactate threshold pace, maybe 7:30 to 7:45 pace if I had to guess.
Then go back to easy pace for a mile and finish the 4th and last mile in the same effort as you put forth in the second mile...
The idea is to get a moderately hard effort in with a couple fast mikes to be ready for sat. 5k
