I had fun last night and I payed the price for it at practice. But that's okay because I still had a lot of fun at practice. I did the 4 8 12 8 4 one. At first I felt weak but then decided it would be stupid for me to do the another 12 with how I felt. And the car wash was fun too even though it was SO cold.
