Comments:
Not fun. Shins and calves were very unhappy and painful. Feet hurt less today though. Once I started building my pace at 20 minutes, I found that my lower legs would not let me go faster that 7:20, barely a tempo pace. However, the pace seems still ok, as the first half mile I was building from 8 flat. That was fine on the hills from the CCT on the return and I had a semi-decent pace there, but the whole thing seemed like a fast pace-push.
