Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was supposed to be a long run day but I turned down Devon instead of going up into Cornell with the other girls. I felt really good but my hamstring hurt the entire way up the hill and was worse at the top. I stopped to stretch but it didn't help so I walked down Devon and I cried the whole way. I hate not being able to practice because of a stupid injury. Ugh also I mad at myself for going up Remington cause I anticipated that it wouldn't be that great for my hamstring and I went ahead and did it anyway. It was mostly because I didn't want to run by myself and also I always feel really judged if I don't do hills. Both are pretty ridiculous reasons that I shouldn't have used as excuses.
