Comments:
Did 1-2-3-4-5-4-2-1 min. with 1:1 recovery on the spin-bike, all at 120 RPM and medium resistance. I found it's actually aerobically more difficult to keep the cadence up on a reasonable resistance than it is to crush the pedals on a super high one.
