Felt poor heading into this one. My matza stomachache and my lack of carbs were definitely bad ideas. It was also very warm. The race was very consistent, but being consistent at the same time I was running last April is frustrating, especially since I ran the same exact time at the same exact meet 364 days ago. Splits were 81, 2:46, ?, 5:32. Two 2:46 8's. Had I been eating and had it been cooler and had I not taken the burden of pacing my pack through their races, I could have run quite a bit faster. These factors are eminently fixable, unlike my consistent racing problems earlier this season. Had to leave early, which was unfortunate
