Solid 6 mile run.
Oh it was a solid six, alright!!!!
Hernando/Citrus Hills and there was no flat area....OK, from the start line to maybe the 1st block ....since you weren't having me try to PR today, I listened to body.....walked a few of the extra steep, which you notice in my 3rd and 5th mile ...... Mostly a 4min/1min interval...
