Fickle pacing

Unless you're a cyclist, I'd say it's extremely difficult to enter a threshold/tempo zone on a bike. Tried to do that today with 7x5min with 1 minute rest at a medium-high resistance (enough that I had to focus to stay at 120). Didn't really work out, but I suppose that means that general fitness--while normally I'd scoff at the term--has not vanished completely.
