Comments:
Got out at a decent pace for the first 15. However, carrying a water bottle for the entire time and the energy gels for that time definitely tools it's toll on my arms. The final five miles were a struggle. Yesterday was probably not the best either as I went too fast. Lesson learned. Decent run. Not the strongest week of the training grind.
